great location but noise issues late at night

The location is perfect right by the beach! We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and spending time at the pool with my teens. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Definitely loved our time at Lakeview Docks too!
In my wife’s opinion, the kitchen supplies were lacking. It would help families if they offered better cooking utensils.

Awesome beach vibes!
The owners are super friendly and helped us when we got there early. Our first room had a mess, but they apologized and had it ready quickly. The beach was right there, and we loved the snack bar on-site. Just wish the restaurant was better – it was a real letdown.

Location was prime, right on the beach for easy access and ocean views! Rooms were clean, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The heated pool was awesome and perfect after a day on the beach. The staff was very hospitable and responsive. Major kudos for the barbecue facilities outside, made it fun for family dinners!

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved the beach access and spent time boating at Lakeview Docks and checking out Cape Island Marina. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to everything we wanted. Clean rooms and friendly staff made our stay even better.
The only downside was the parking situation. It was pretty tight, and getting in and out of our vehicle was a hassle with other cars parked closely.
